原因是：
1。你的paypal账户没有验证信用卡的，导致你的hostgator账户没有验证，hostgator需要你打电话过去验证你的信息。
2。你的注册信息有问题（一定要填写真实信息，因为是人工检查每个账户的）。

1。自己购买时候注册的域名。
2。自己购买时候注册的姓名。
3。购买时候注册的帐号。
4。购买时候注册的密码。
5。注册时使用的其他信息，例如地址等。
6。找一个口语一般水平的朋友。
好了，准备工作完毕： 以下内容均使用化名，花email
拨号：+15613531164 （可以用本地座机，手机，推荐用skype）
响起了音乐，自动女声：“欢迎致电hostgator” 然后等待转人工服务，音乐
等了2分钟，终于轮到我了，是个男声
男声：“你好，你的名字” hello ,your name plz
我：“你好，我来确认下账户” xiaoming , i am calling to confirm my order
男声：“好的，你的域名” ok,your domain name,plz
我：”ename.com”
男声：“你的email”
我：“xiaoming@163.com”

然后挂电话，这表示hsotgator公司已经认可，验证了我的hsotgatorl账户，以后我再购买hostgator的东西，就不用验证了，但必须使用此 hostgator账户。
电话验证工作，可以由美国虚拟主机侦探代为验证，但需要交纳部分费用(前面几位可以免费)。最好是自己验证，因为要提供密码，密码毕竟是私人重要信息，如果告诉我们，以后你的空间出了什么问题，我们概不负责
电话验证工作必须及时做，也就是你刚买完空间，就立刻打电话去验证，否则，你的空间会被关闭,
然后就会收到传说中的来自paypal的第六封信，退款通知。

收到这封信的朋友都是由于验证不及时造成的，我也收到过，呵呵。
解决办法：
法 1。使用新的帐号，新的邮箱，重新购买hostgator，然后赶紧验证。OVER
法 2。如果还想使用原来的帐号，邮箱，那么具体步骤如下：
步骤1。打电话给hostgator验证你的账户（如前述）。
步骤2。用你注册的用户名登陆hostgator：

点击PAYNOW

好了，然后输入你的paypal帐号密码，这样就再次购买成功了，呵呵
注意：如果您使用相同的信息重复购买，当您进行电话认证的时候对方可能需要您提供IDCard,对于国内用户一般将身份证扫描件发到他们指定的信箱即可。
